Refunds, if provided, must be handled by Lane Youth Soccer Association directly (they are not handled through SportsSignup).
- Registration Refunds:
- ALL refund requests must be made no later than the first game of the season. For Spring 2019 season, this date is Saturday, April 6, 2019.
Refund requests must be made be in writing and sent to the LYSA office via e-mail or regular postal service mail. There will be a $25.00 processing fee per player withheld from each refund payment. The only exception to this policy is the rare times when we are unable to place your player on an age appropriate team with a practice location within 10 miles of your home address. Late fees paid for late registration (any registration received after April 6) is non-refundable.
If you would like to request a refund, please submit the following info:
player’s first & last name
player’s date of birth OR division
name & address that the check should be mailed to

Refunds will be made the same form as payment was originally received.
The postmark on the envelope provides the date of submission of the request. If the request is postmarked AFTER April 6, 2019, the refund request will be denied.
Please remember, LYSA cannot process a refund without the receipt of a written request.
- Store Refunds:
Uniforms ordered after March 22 will be shipped directly to the address listed on your account and typically takes 3-4 days to arrive. Please verify your account address is your current mailing address.
